Refund Policy

Our online store offers an easy and convenient return policy for all our customers.

To access the return process, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging intact.

What is the right of withdrawal and when can you exercise it?

The right of withdrawal applies only if you are a consumer. In this case, you have the right to return the package without penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products. It is also called the "right of reconsideration," as it allows you to change your mind and cancel the purchase, with the only cost being the return of the product.

If you purchased a gift voucher, the right of withdrawal starts from the time of purchase and ceases if you or someone else uses it before 14 days have passed.

If you purchase products using a gift voucher, the 14-day period begins from the delivery of the products purchased with the voucher. In case of withdrawal, you have the right to restore the voucher and receive any refund of the difference paid. However, you cannot demand a cash refund of the entire price of the goods.

If your order includes multiple products, the 14-day period starts from the delivery of the last item. In any case, you can withdraw from just one of them.

How can you exercise the right of withdrawal?

You can return your orders within 14 days of receipt.

STEP 2 - Send an email to info@againaw.com, attaching the completed form and writing your order number in the subject line.

STEP 3 - Return the package to:

The return is your responsibility, and you must do it within 14 days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract.

Responsibility for what happens during shipping (damage, theft, loss, etc.) lies with you until we receive the returned product. If the item is damaged during transport, we will inform you within 5 days of its receipt, allowing you to file a claim with the courier and obtain a refund for the value of the item (if insured). In this case, the product will be available for you to collect at your expense, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.

The costs of returning the products are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in the special conditions.

You must return the goods intact, in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). We also ask you to place the original packaging inside another box to avoid damage during shipping.

How will you be refunded?

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling that is different from what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. Subject to the verification of compliance with the above, we will refund you within 14 days of the return, using the same payment method you chose during the purchase.

The refund does not include the costs you incurred for the delivery of the product and those for its return following the withdrawal.

If you return a damaged item, we may charge you for any decrease in value. If the damage is such that it invalidates the right of withdrawal, you will not receive any refund. The product will remain at our premises, and you can collect it at your expense. In any case, we will inform you within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

In which cases does the right of withdrawal not apply?

As established by the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including:

- Sales contracts for gift vouchers that have been used before the 14-day withdrawal period has passed;
- Supply of goods made to order or clearly personalized;
- Supply of goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods, etc.

What is the legal guarantee?

The legal guarantee is reserved for consumers. If you purchased as a professional, the normal guarantees provided by the civil code for the sales contract will apply.

The legal guarantee entails our responsibility for any conformity defect existing at the time of delivery of the product. Since our site only sells second-hand used goods, the legal guarantee covers defects that appear within 1 year of delivery.
