Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.
Rates and Estimates for Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping in Italy for orders over 80 EUR.
Free shipping in the EU for orders over 155 EUR.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for orders over 30 EUR within Calenzano and Sesto Fiorentino. For orders under 30 EUR, we charge a standard delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, the local delivery option is not available.
Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 7 PM on the following days: Monday to Friday. We will contact you via SMS/email at the phone number you provided at checkout to inform you of the delivery day.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Again Against Waste is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as the customer.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 4 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@againaw.com, specifying your name and order number, and we will conduct the necessary checks.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition and will refund the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@againaw.com, including your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
