Returns conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  
• Products must be unworn and in original condition
  
• All original tags must be attached
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to return

1. Download, complete and place the return form inside the package.
   
2. Email us at info@againaw.com, attaching the completed form and including your order number in the subject line.
   
3. Ship the package to the return address provided below.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Important note

Again Studios works with pre-existing materials.

Minor imperfections, marks or variations are part of the design and do not qualify as defects.

Only significant, unreported defects may be accepted as a reason for return.
